Kate Moss for Rimmel Lipstick - 101

i'd been reading reviews all over the shop on the new matte lipsticks by Kate Moss for Rimmel, so when i recently came to have a mass of boots points (£50 worth!) i thought i'd give one a try.
i went for the pink as recently i've purchased a lot of red/nude/coral based lip products so wanted to go for something a bit more girly and bright. yes, it is really more of a summer shade, but it works perfectly if you want to brighten up a dull, comfy autumn/winter outfit.
i only have one negative about this - the smell. it's not the nicest smelling lipstick i own, especially when you compare it to the sweet scent of my MAC one. it has a florally smell that almost smells a little of watermelon - it's just not something that appeals to me.
scent aside, the lipstick itself is great - for a matte products, it doesn't feel cakey and heavy on my lips and has brilliant staying power. it's also pretty wet and moisturising for a product that's more of a lip paint.
i've asked for some of the other shades for christmas (i'm really keen to try out the corally shade from the collection!)

has anyone else tried this? what are your thoughts?

£5.49

enjoy
